1. Booking & Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• Rates may change without prior notice.
• A valid credit card may be required to secure reservations.
• Cancellations or modifications may be subject to fees as stated in your booking confirmation.

2. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: from 3pm
• Check-out: by 11am
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Guest Conduct

• Guests must respect lodge property and other guests’ comfort.
• Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas.
• Pets are allowed and must be declared at booking.

4. Liability

• Ata Rangi Lodge is not liable for personal injuries, theft, or loss of personal belongings unless caused by negligence on our part.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to lodge property during their stay.
